
The SCHULE cooking plant which reaches temperatures of up to 150 °C with the help of steam is a heating process for special requirements. In addition, products can be soaked very uniformly with water at temperatures of up to max. 90 °C. The treatment process is

The SCHULE hydrothermal cooking plant offers considerable advantages for bulgur and other cereals, such as rye, barley, millet, spelt and unripe spelt grain, but also for buckwheat, maize and oat flakes as well as legumes, rape, soybeans and spices:
