Rubber roll sheller - Shelling of paddy
The pneumatic control system ensures particularly safe operation of the patented SCHULE rubber roll sheller S 10 PR. The outer shell is reliably separated from the rice kernel. The automatically adjusting roller guide provides a low content of broken rice and a constantly high shelling degree. The rubber roll sheller can also be assembled on the closed circuit husk separator HUS.
VERTICONE – For cereals and legumes
Due to the vertically arranged shelling cone, the SCHULE VERTICONE VPC shells the product from top to bottom. The patented system can be ideally adjusted to different rice varieties and to the desired shelling degree. Applications:
- Controlled shelling
- Elimination of mycotoxins
- Improvement of the meal quality
Underrunner disc sheller - High shelling degree
The well-proven SCHULE underrunner disc sheller type US is characterised by its ease of operation, its low maintenance requirements, very smooth running as well as by its sturdy cast steel construction. It is used as main shelling machine in rice mills, yet it proves its high shelling capacity also when oats, millet, lentils, and buckwheat have to be shelled. Due to the individual drive, it can be integrated into various lines without any problems.
Rice polishing machine - Well cooled
The SCHULE rice polishing machine RPM 225 polishes up to three tons of rice per hour. A high-pressure blower in the horizontal working chamber cools the rice kernel during the polishing process and removes the polishings. By means of a water atomisation unit, the plant is turned into a water polisher RPM 225-W.
