The multi-stage process is highly efficient in the pre-separation and fine separation of coarse and light-weight impurities. At the inlet and outlet, lightweight particles are sucked off and discharged separately. Oversize products can also be separated. The eccentric drive ensures stable and quiet functioning. Safety flaps prevent the intake and outlet of air.

Heavy particles such as stones, metal particles, or clods of earth are reliably removed with this high capacity machine. The screen is characterised by its ease of maintenance. Through an inspection window, the process can be permanently controlled. The device is also available with a suction system and vacuum deck.

Screening machine SM – a versatile device

The simple and sturdy screening machine made of galvanized steel can be used as a coarse and pre-cleaning device in silo plants, grinding plants and seed cleaning pants, in malt factories and in compound feed plants. Due to the modular design, variable screen decks with different working widths are possible.

Drum Sieve TS12 for cereals, maize, legumes and similar crops

Coarse impurities such as wood and straw are separated in the sieve drum. An internal worm thread provides particular reliability. The slip-on motor is appropriate for continuous operation. The aspiration connection ensures almost dust-free operation.
